In 1978, Shaner Appraisals was founded with a mission of serving Metropolitan Kansas City’s real estate appraisal needs. Through a commitment to exceptional customer service, the firm has experienced 30 years of continuous growth. Today, President Laird Goldsborough leads Shaner’s professional staff of 13 appraisers with over 100 years of combined real estate valuation and consulting experience. Every appraisal is completed or reviewed by an MAI designated appraiser, so you can be sure you’re benefiting fully from Shaner’s industry expertise and local market perspective.
