Shaner Appraisals is a full-service commercial real estate valuation and consulting firm. While the majority of Shaner's work is completed for financing purposes, the firm also has extensive experience in real estate litigation support, property tax appeals, ownership disputes, expert witness testimony, conservation easement valuation, eminent domain and more. Litigation support requires a unique set of skills not found at many appraisal firms, yet Shaner meets each challenge with the confidence that comes from over 30 years of experience. Shaner Appraisals also conducts valuations for special-purpose properties such as nursing homes, underground storage facilities and easement corridors.
