Commercial Appraisal Reviewers
Shaner Appraisals is seeking MAI designated commercial real estate appraisers for an employee status or contract review and training position. A deep knowledge of Word and Excel is desired. Applicants must possess good analytical and writing skills, as well as the ability to meet deadlines. Extensive technology platform available.
Required qualifications include self-motivation, a positive outlook, a winning attitude, and an entrepreneurial approach to business. This is a career position in a rapidly growing commercial real estate valuation firm with a 30 year track record.
